Tokyo is a busy city. We here at HYGGE know this, and so we offer “unconventional” work hours.
In Japan, general companies open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 P.M. on weekdays. However, normally workers also work just around the same time and days. It means, if they would like to utilize visa services, they need to take time or a day-off on weekdays. Actually it is not so convenient for them.
Therefore, this office also provides services another time, in the evening on weekday or anytime on weekends/holidays. We are open 365 days!
That may be a unique service that a flexible freelancer is able to provide for customers' convenience and satisfaction!

As mentioned above, this office provides services at customer' convenience as much as we can. If you would like to receive a visa consulting service at 11:00 P.M., after your work on weekdays, we are pleased to take care of that.
If clients make an inquiry and reservation in advance, we flexibly determine business hours on weekdays or weekends for them.
Please consult with us at your convenient timing and put priority on your HYGGE time in your life!
"Regular" Business Hours
Consultation (reservation in advance):
Mainly from 5 P.M. to 0 A.M. on weekdays, or anytime at customer's convenience on weekends/holidays. During the day on weekdays, we normally put priority on document preparations or applications to the Immigration bureau.
However, we flexibly provide consultation services anytime, so please feel free to request convenient day and time.

Inquiries are always welcome. We reply as soon as possible everyday.
